Open Training Programs

These are programs included in the Academy’s annual training plan. Their schedules and venues are distributed across various Arab countries, covering a wide range of administrative, financial, and banking topics.

One of the key features of these programs is that they are open to both individuals and organizations from different Arab countries, promoting communication and the exchange of knowledge and expertise across the region.

Contract-Based Training Programs

These programs are specifically designed and delivered for an individual or an organization to meet its particular training needs.

The Academy and the contracting organization agree on all implementation arrangements, including the program components, training materials, number of participants, venue, schedule, trainer, and the administrative and financial responsibilities of both parties.

These programs may be:

• In-house programs: Intended exclusively for participants from a single organization.

• Local programs: Designed for participants from multiple organizations within the same country.

On-the-Job Training Programs

These programs provide training while participants perform their regular job duties in the workplace.

Participants receive direct supervision, guidance, and mentoring from the person responsible for their training until they are able to perform their assigned tasks efficiently and independently.

E-Learning and Online Training Programs

The Academy offers e-learning and online training programs to keep pace with advances in information and communication technologies.

These programs enhance efficiency and effectiveness while reducing time and costs, providing flexible learning opportunities with improved educational outcomes.
