As part of the ongoing collaboration between the Arab Academy for Management, Banking and Financial Sciences (AAMBFS) and the University of Aden, the Academy participated in the workshop titled "Modern Trends in Human Resource Management," organized by the Faculty of Administrative Sciences at the University of Aden.

The Academy's contribution featured a keynote presentation delivered by Prof. Dr. Murad Mohammed Al-Nashmi, Director of the Academy's Yemen Branch, who highlighted the latest global trends in human resource management, with particular emphasis on the role of digital transformation and artificial intelligence in shaping the future of the profession. His presentation also explored the practical application of these developments within Arab organizations.

The workshop was inaugurated by Prof. Dr. Al-Khader Nasser Lasour, President of the University of Aden, who welcomed Prof. Dr. Murad Mohammed Al-Nashmi, Dr. Mohammed Alawi Amzarbah, Chairman of the Gulf of Aden Ports Corporation, and the distinguished audience of academics, senior executives, and representatives from companies, institutions, and banks. He praised their active participation and emphasized the importance of strengthening collaboration to keep pace with contemporary developments.

Prof. Dr. Yasser Basardah, Dean of the Faculty of Administrative Sciences, also welcomed the participants and highlighted the significance of the workshop and its expected outcomes. The event aimed to raise awareness of the strategic importance of human resource management while showcasing the latest trends, best practices, and practical applications in the field.

The workshop also featured presentations by Dr. Mohammed Alawi Amzarbah, Chairman of the Gulf of Aden Ports Corporation, along with several other specialists. Participants highly commended the quality of the presentations and emphasized the importance of organizing similar knowledge-sharing events in the future.
